Jealousy has attacked me
yet again
shattering my hopes
she will never be mine
I’m so wrapped up
in insecurity
Never took the time to get over it
Subdued by probability
without knowing the facts
Everyone else will experience my angels
before I say a word of true emotion

Love is superficial
